The FCF programme was a highly valuable experience that helped me shift from simply having ideas to thinking more structurally about problem validation, product development, and storytelling. What stood out most was the balance between practical workshops, mentorship, and peer learning — it made the journey both challenging and rewarding. As an entrepreneur passionate about creating social impact, this program helped me better understand how to make that happen. Design thinking workshops and mentorship gave me clarity on how to navigate the world of social entrepreneurship. I got to meet like-minded people from all over the world as well! It was great to be given a space to share my ideas, and I look forward to similar programs by SIC!
FCF provided a unique, high-value roadmap for startup building that I haven't found anywhere else. The workshops were incredibly practical, but what inspired me most was the fellowship’s non-profit mission. It is a powerful example of how to lead with impact, and it has profoundly shaped my journey as a social entrepreneur.
I joined FCF with a simple goal: to learn and gain experience. Looking back, the journey gave me so much more than I expected. Beyond the invaluable experience of working within a global community, FCF empowered me with the confidence and growth mindset to keep pushing my boundaries.
The FCF has been a truly meaningful experience for me although it is virtual. One of the most impactful parts was learning from the guest speakers, who shared not only their successes but also their challenges and uncertainties. It made me realize that you don’t need to have everything figured out to start, what matters is taking the first step and being willing to learn along the way.
This programme allowed me to develop my soft skills such as presentation skills, pitching, team work, and time management. Moreover, it allowed me to learn the process of establishing a social entrepreneurship as a youth.
As a graduate student from my highschool, I really encourage teenager like me to join this type of programme. U will not just gain knowledge and u can also make new friend from Asean country. Furthermore u can learn and see the work of our community. If u have the idea just go ahead!

Participating in the Future Catalyst Programme was a truly transformative experience for me. It provided a supportive environment where I could grow both personally and professionally. Through the programme, I gained valuable skills in leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving, while also connecting with inspiring peers and mentors.
One of the highlights was how the programme encouraged innovation and confidence in pursuing ideas. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me realize my potential as a future leader and change-maker.
I would highly recommend this programme to anyone looking to develop their skills, expand their network, and gain meaningful experiences that will shape their future. It is an opportunity that leaves a lasting impact.
I would definitely recommend this programme to future participants. Be prepared to face moments of chaos, differing opinions, and even the possibility of pivoting your entire idea after receiving mentor feedbacks. While these challenges can be intense, they are also what make the experience so valuable. The journey pushes you to think critically, adapt quickly, and grow as a team. Overall, it was a truly memorable and rewarding learning experience.
The Future Catalyst Fellowship has been a truly valuable remote experience for me in several ways.
Firstly, it gave me the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers. Although we come from diverse backgrounds and fields of interest, we share a common mindset: not only striving for career success, but also aiming to create meaningful, positive impact on our communities through our work.
Secondly, this diversity of perspectives made the learning experience, especially the lessons and mentorship on social enterprise, highly enriching and practical. The discussions were not only insightful but also actionable, helping our team refine ideas and develop projects with real potential to continue beyond the programme.
Finally, through the experiences and sharing from mentors, I learned that impact is not limited by one’s academic background or discipline. Instead, it is about being open to collaboration, leveraging each other’s strengths, learning from weaknesses, and working together to develop the team's proposed project in the programme.
Overall, the fellowship has broadened my perspective and strengthened my confidence in pursuing impact-driven work in a more interdisciplinary and collaborative way.
It was good program for those exploring in entrepreneurship that have no experience and would like to kickstart an idea.
This fellowship programme is great for being having different perspectives and tackling many diverse problems that are applicable in real life. It is also great for those who want an edge up in starting up social enterprises and communicate form afar. The overall experience is great.
The SIC Fellowship was really good for people who are new to startups and tech. I think that this program was designed so intentionally and can really help young people build a well-rounded set of skills.
